Annual Parish Meeting,

7.30pm on 05/05/2021 conducted virtually on zoom due to COVID-19 (following Government guidelines).

Agenda

1. Chair’s Welcome: including a vote of thanks to outgoing councillors.

2. Targets from previous years APCM & the impact of COVID-19:

• Continue to fight for the speed limit by the Spinney to be lowered.

• Pathway to school to be completed.

• Formulate a report regarding speeding in the village utilising data from the Speed Indicating devices.

• Neighbourhood plan; attempt to get a group formed and plan organised.

• Parish Room Renovations.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, many of the targets have had to be put on hold for the year and therefore will be continued this year.

3. Targets for coming year:

• Continue to fight for the speed limit by the Spinney to be lowered.

• Pathway to school to be completed.

• Formulate a report regarding speeding in the village utilising data from the Speed Indicating devices.

• Neighbourhood plan; attempt to get a group formed and plan organised.

• Parish Room Renovations.

• Village signs.

• High Street vehicle issues.

• Anglian Water.

4. Open floor to the public for any matters arising.

• Starting balance: £7,054.24 (31/03/2020)

• Received: £14,200.13

• Expenditure: £3662.17

• Ending balance: £17,592.20 (31/03/2021)
